HELLO MOTO

So I was skimming through the December/January 2012 issue of Teen Vogue when I was automatically jolted into page 150 by an editorial spread titled "Grease Lightning" photographed by Arthur Elgort. The spread was centered on electric neon biker jackets which most fashionistas call Moto jackets (short for motorcycle jackets). I love love loveeeeee moto jackets with a passion, these are one of the things to me that never goes out of style. In 2009, I've started to get into the grunge, biker style, and since then I've never looked back. Motorcycle jackets can go with almost any kind of outfit and bring in the right touch. These jackets can transition easily from day to night, from one style to another. More recently they have modernized moto jackets making a bunch of different styles and colors making it even more mainstream and wearable.

Here are some different options in moto jacket styles and colors:

Daang Goodman for Tripp NYC sleeveless jacket (female); Daang Goodman for Tripp NYC jacket (male)

Burberry Prorsum biker jacket

Jac Langheim jacket

Balmain studded lambskin jacket

Daang Goodman for Tripp NYC jacket (female); Straight to Hell jacket (male)
